Ruby L. Carman, 94

Ruby L. Carman, of Post Falls, died at Hospice House of North Idaho on Feb. 22, 2013. She was born in Tipton, Mo., on April 15, 1918, to Benjamin and Edna Gish Worthley.

Survivors are her husband, Melvin; niece Carroll Russo; Melvin's daughters, Carollyn Engebreten, Marily Smith, Judy (Joe) Smith and Linda (Bill) Rabey; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Ruby was preceded in death by brothers, Alger and Howard; and her former husband, Dan Denning who died in 1989.

Ruby was a member of United Church of God. She will be missed by family and friends.

A memorial service to celebrate Ruby's life will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013, at The Garden Plaza in Post Falls in the Seltice Event Room.
