Annette 'Anne' Laura Lebsack, 66

Annette “Anne” Laura Lebsack, 66, passed away March 15, 2013, in Spokane. Anne was born Sept. 10, 1946, to William Allen Davis and Laura Evalyn (Ferguson) Davis in San Francisco, Calif.

Anne attended grade school and high school in the San Francisco area. Anne attended the University of California San Francisco and graduated in 1969 with a master’s degree in nursing.

Anne then proceeded on a lifetime occupation of teaching the nursing profession to students in numerous colleges and universities in Idaho.

After many years of teaching, Anne worked at Eastern State Hospital in Medical Lake, Wash., as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Anne started working for the state of Washington as a Quality Assurance Nurse, Residential Care Services, a division of Social and Health Services for the state of Washington.

In 1994 she married her companion Raymond (Ray) Lebsack. They enjoyed a lifetime of fishing and traveling together.

Anne was preceded in death by her mother and father and her husband.

At the request of the family, no viewing will be scheduled. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 22, 2013, at Hennessey Valley Funeral Home, Spokane Valley. Private family interment will take place at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery.
