Carey will also spearhead large group sales in the region. "It is my pleasure to congratulate Steve on his well-deserved promotion," said J.J. Jaeger, director of sales and marketing for Coeur d'Alene Resort. "Steve is a driven, results-oriented individual who has helped our resort thrive for more than a decade. His career at The Resort started as a fore caddie, after he was taken aback by the impressive golf course. Carey has been with the Hagadone Hospitality Company for more than 11 years.
Carey holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Eastern Washington University.
