Celia (Stuker) Teter was born on Oct. 28 in Havre, Mont. At an early age, her family moved to Coeur d'Alene where she was proud to be a Coeur d'Alene Viking. Till her retirement she worked for the city of Coeur d'Alene and then started spending winters in Yuma, Ariz. She enjoyed the sunshine and the warm winters there.

She was a loving daughter, sister, mother and friend. She will join her parents; her brothers, Irvin Stuker and Herman Stuker; and her husband, Bill Teter in Heaven.

Among those who will miss her love and laughter are: her son, Drew Streeter of Phoenix; her daughter, Rhonda Williams and husband Paul Williams of Dalton Gardens; granddaughters, Rachel Larsen of Coeur d'Alene, and Ricki Pritchett and husband Kyle Pritchett of Oregon; sisters, Kay Arvanetis of Buena Park, Calif., Lennie Semonin of Champaign, Ill., Lula Poulton of Vernal, Utah, and Sally Schroeder of Utah; brothers, Earl Stuker of Midvale, Utah, and Ken Stuker of Coeur d'Alene; and great-grandchildren, Sydney and Mavric Larsen of Coeur d'Alene, and Ella Pritchett of Oregon.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Forest Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene. A memorial gathering will follow at Celia's daughter's home in Dalton Gardens.

English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d'Alene, has been entrusted to handle final arrangements. Please visit Celia's online memorial at www.englishfuneralchapel.com.
