Seventeen winter athletes make all-conference

Seventeen athletes in Libby and Troy made all-conference teams for winter sports – boys and girls basketball and wrestling. 

A few of them went on to earn all-state honors. The Greenchain listing is grouped under the Libby heading. 

Libby

• Boy’s Basketball: First Team All-Conference –Jared Winslow; Honorable Mention – Danny Leggins, Kraig Nelson.

All-State – Jared Winslow

• Girl’s Basketball: Second  Team All-Conference – Hannah England, Hailey Craig.

• Greenchain Wrestling: All-Conference: Mitch Haugen, Patrick Valentine, Skylar Higareda, Zach Crace, Josh Bowers, Zach Dolezal, Ricky Roach, Garret Chapel, Ty Hight.

All-State – Zach Crace, Mitch Haugen, Garret Chapel.

Ironman Award: Dylan Roby, Randy Williams, Zach Crace, Mitch Haugen, Ricky Roach, Zack Dolezal, Garret Chapel.

• Academic All-State: Hailey Craig, Dayln Germany, Shyla Stevenson, Ashley Walker, Jared Winslow.

Troy

• Boy’s Basketball: First Team All-Conference - Gabe Hickman; Second Team All-Conference – Sean Opland.

• Girl’s Basketball: Second Team All-Conference – Jordan Williams.
