The Glacier tennis teams swept the last crosstown dual of the season, with both the boys and girls winning 7-1.

Hunter Blalack edged past Flathead’s Matt Widen in No. 1 singles, 7-5, 6-3, to help the Wolfpack gain an edge on the talented Braves. Glacier swept the doubles matches.

Glenn Strickler won the only match of the day for Flathead, beating Danny Roe 6-0, 6-2 in No. 2 singles.

The story was similar on the girls side, with Flathead picking up its only individual win in No. 2 singles, where Camas Carlson beat Briahna Bennett 6-2, 6-4.

Hannah Davis beat Jenna Boles 6-2, 6-4 at No. 1 singles and the Glacier girls swept through the doubles, including a close win from the team of Kailea Vaudt and Veronica Walton at No. 1 doubles.

Both teams will have a few days to get ready for the Helena Invitational this weekend. The meet features all 14 Class AA teams and is the last big warm up before the postseason.
