Two from Wahluke, two from Royal make all-league team

MATTAWA - Wahluke High School soccer coach Arthur DeVictoria announced the South Central A Conference all-league teams for 2013, and the first group includes two boys from Wahluke and two from Royal.

Representing the Warriors on the first team are goal keeper Alan Caro and midfielder Miguel Ramirez. The Royal first teamers are midfielder Christian Guerrero and defender Uriel Carmona.

The second team included four players from Royal and one from Wahluke. The Royal boys were keeper Lupe Arceo, defender Alex Myrick, the defender Marcos Morales, and Midfielder Luis Garcia. The Wahluke boy is defender Jorge Preciado.

The honorable mention list included midfielder Ramon Bravo of Wahluke and midfielder Julio Maldonado a Wahluke.

League champion Highland landed five players on the first team, the MVP was Jesus Gutierrez of Highland, and coach of the year was Greg Wagner of Highland.
