B-C Tennis: Bigfork, Eureka head to Missoula for state

Bigfork and Eureka will take part in the Class B-C state tennis tournament today through Saturday in Missoula.
Eureka’s Kathryn Stein earned the No. 2 singles seed out of the West Division and will play Chester-Joplin-Inverness’s Susanne Stewart in the first round. Bigfork’s Lana Berg finished 5th in the West and will play Chinook’s Kiana Burkhartsmeyer in the first round.
Bigfork is also sending two girls doubles teams to state in Alanis Stallknecht and Shelby Scoggins and Brooke Bonner and Madison Fraley.
Seth Roessmann, Guvanch Agajumayev, Logan Lamm and Mack Paine will represent Bigfork in the boys’ singles draw. Adam Jordt and Isaac Martel and Isaac Reichner and Gunnar Boose are in the doubles draw.
Play begins today at 8:30 a.m. with the boys at Playfair Park and the girls at the University of Montana
