SEDDON: A vote for transparency

Ann Seddon has my support for Coeur d’Alene School Trustee of Zone 4. In the past 11 months as a board member she has shown sound judgment and reasoned decision making. She is part of the most transparent and respectful board I have witnessed over my years of attending meetings.

As a personal friend I can attest to her upstanding character. As I observe her in her board duties I find she always focuses on the education of students. She is quick to praise and support the positive aspects of our Coeur d’Alene schools, but has never shied away from pointing out areas that must be improved. When in doubt, she does her homework to seek factual information.

Ann has taught primary, middle and high school students in her experiences as a public school teacher and local tutor. She brings a wealth of personal experience to the board that benefits the community and the schools.

She always has her eye focused on the students and their education. This is of particular importance when making spending decisions with a limited budget. She is a conservative who believes we must get the most value for our money.

Please vote for Ann Seddon on May 21.
