A Kalispell man who apparently shot and killed himself after failing a breath alcohol test has been identified as 40-year-old Bradley Franklin.

According to the Kalispell Police Department, Franklin fled from the office of Compliance Monitoring Systems shortly after 8 a.m. when he failed the test, mandated by the court as part of the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Franklin drove to his home, where he apparently shot and killed himself as officers approached his door.
