Helen “Hannah” Stoddard age 84 passed away on November 2, 2013 at Hospice House of Coeur d’Alene. She was born in St. Peter, Minnesota to Charles and Pearle (Hungate) Davis. She moved with her family from Minnesota to San Diego, California when she was 11 years old she grew up there and attended Long Beach State College and married when she was 19 years old. She was the mother of four sons Tom and Patty Evans, of Hayden Lake, ID, Kirk and Laurie Evans, of Huntington Beach, CA, Bart and Jenny Evans, of Costa Mesa, CA, Knox and Kim Tiernan, of San Clemente, CA.

Hannah moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1981 and joined the real estate company of Century 21 and sold real estate until 1984. In 1985 she married Bob “Chub” Stoddard and was very active teaching about Israel at several Churches in Coeur d’Alene. In 1991 Bob and Hannah moved to Israel and she stayed in Israel long enough to become a citizen of Israel.

When she returned to Coeur d’Alene and Hayden area, she was a devoted Bible Study Teacher until failing health made teaching too difficult to continue. She had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed her sons making her laugh and they were real good at making her laugh. She enjoyed watching David Jeremiah, Adrien Rogers, Dr. Charles Stanley and Dr. Jack Graham on Sunday mornings. She was preceded in death by her father, mother and two sisters.
