Munson and Parks join Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty

Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty announced the addition of Jessica Munson and Krista Parks.

Parks is a North Idaho native who traveled extensively while earning her business degree from Washington State University, and then traveled often for corporate business purposes following her graduation. She has returned to her northwestern roots, and immersed herself in the real estate industry. Parks is gold certified in REO home sales from Equator, and also specializes with first- time home buyers.

LaundraMUTT adds daycare, kennel services

LaundraMUTT Do-It-Yourself dog wash and full service grooming, 2900 Government Way, announced the addition of a complementary, connected business: DOG-N-IT Daycare and Kennel LLC.

Cyndie Wiltsie has been the owner of LaundraMUTT for 13 years.

The daycare area at DOG-N-IT features couches, recliners and a large television that plays movies for the dogs. There are indoor and outdoor play areas, and a smaller, separate, calmer space for little or older dogs.
