Shop burglarized for third time

ATHOL - A man who owns a workshop in Athol had approximately $10,000 worth of manufacturing tools stolen in the third burglary of his property since July, according to Kootenai County Sheriff's Office reports.

The property owner, who now resides in Washington, arrived at his storage shed on Nov. 10 and discovered a board over one of the windows had been removed.

When he entered his shop, he saw that cutters, dyes and other tools were missing.

The last time the man was at the property - Oct. 15 - all of the tools and personal items he stores there were accounted for.

According to the crime report, the resident relocated to Washington after the property he was living on in Athol was purchased by the state.
