• Landscape architects, engineers honored
Calling it an extremely well designed project, professional organizations recognized Landmark Landscape Architects and JUB Engineers with awards of commendation for their work on the higher education area of Coeur d'Alene.
"The education corridor provided a tremendous improvement in traffic flow to the multi-campus setting and opened up the site for future higher education expansion," Brad Marshall of JUB told the Lake City Development Corporation board of commissioners. "We were proud to be part of the project."
LCDC partnered in the development of the higher education campus, assisting with installation of necessary infrastructure upgrades such as sewer, water and fiber-optic lines, a vastly improved road network with signalized intersections and public art.
