Kats' Belgarde, Pirates' Toth earn Class A all-state volleyball honors

Columbia Falls outside hitter Haley Belgarde and Polson setter Jaiden Toth have been selected to the Class A all-state volleyball team.
Frenchtown’s Morgan Ray and Jadan Ross also represent the Northwestern A conference on the all-state team. Those four earned first-team all-conference selections along with Frenchtown’s Vanessa Stavish and Josie Anderson.
Columbia Falls’ Winter Kemppainen, Whitefish’s Bekah Weaver and Marlow Schulz, Libby’s Hannah England and Mahalah Wedel and Polson’s Chloie Huerta received second-team all-conference honors.
Frenchtown and Columbia Falls lead the conference with five girls receiving all-conference honors. The two schools finished first and second, respectively, in the regular season and Columbia Falls won the conference tournament.
