REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF DOVER, IDAHO The City of Dover, Idaho is requesting proposals to provide professional services for the processing and issuance of Building Permits, for the performance of necessary inspections, and for code enforcement pursuant to adopted building codes, fire codes and development codes.
