Magnuson, a junior and Coeur d'Alene resident who graduated from Gonzaga Prep in Spokane and swam for Lake City High, competed at the 2013 Arena Invitational in Monterey Park, Calif., where she finished sixth in the 50-meter freestyle in 23.44 seconds, 100 backstroke in 56.35, 11th in the 100 freestyle in 51.23. In relays, she was third in the 400 medley, seventh in the 200 medley and 10th in the 400 freestyle relay.

Colbert, a sophomore point guard from Post Falls High, scored a team-high 17 points for the Bobcats (1-4) in a 78-72 loss to Austin Peay on Saturday in Mount Pleasant, Mich.

Loper, a redshirt junior from Post Falls High, scored 10 of her 19 points to go along with six rebounds and 5-of-16 shooting from beyond the 3-point line as the Ducks beat Pepperdine 83-80 in a nonconference game on Monday night in Eugene.

Legel, a 5-foot-5 sophomore guard from Coeur d'Alene, had 13 points and nine assists for the Argos (6-2) in 106-53 win against Ogalala Lakota in Great Falls, Mont., on Saturday.

Torres, a freshman defender from Lake City High, was named to the NWAACC North-East all-star team. The Bigfoot finished the season 15-2-4.

Ward, a freshman from Timberlake High, was named to the All-American team after finishing seventh in the NWAACC championships in 19 minutes, 32 seconds on Nov. 9 at Lewisville Park in Battle Ground, Wash.
