Kootenai County Sheriff

Monday

8:33 a.m.: A black Amiga shopping cart valued at $1,500 was reported stolen from a business located in the 500 block of West Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden.

12:14 p.m.: A white Galaxy computer and a black Dell computer with a total value of about $1,000 were reported stolen from a business located in the 500 block of West Honeysuckle Avenue in Hayden.

Tuesday

1:02 p.m.: Miscellaneous tools, horse equipment and other items with a total value of about $5,000 were reported stolen from a shop on rental property in the 5500 block of West Mallory Road near Rathdrum.

8:54 p.m.: Two Scotty downriggers and a Minn Kota trolling motor with a total value of $3,700 were reported stolen from a shed at a residence in the 4800 block of East Kokanee Bay Court near Coeur d'Alene.

LAWSUIT

Morgan S. Loar, 20, Coeur d'Alene: 30 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, credit for time served and 150 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance.

Jacob O. Engels, 20, Post Falls: 67 days in jail, two years determinate time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $660.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and two years six months probation for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Dillon M. Turner, 25, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with retained jurisdiction for two counts of probation violation.

Christa R. Ryan, 39, Hayden: 365 days in jail with 330 days suspended and credit for time served, $900 in fines, 100 hours community service and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance and two counts of injury to a child.

Douglas E. Hawkins Jr., 24, Colville, Wash.: 90 days in jail with credit for time served for violation of a protection order.

Steven M. Nagode, 53, Coeur d'Alene: 12 days in jail for driving without privileges.

Todd A. Heintzelman, 44, Hayden: 180 days in jail with 140 days suspended and credit for time served, $1,000 in fines, driver's license suspended for 180 days and two years probation for driving under the influence.

Craig M. Pearson, 44, Coeur d'Alene: 111 days in jail with credit for time served for probation violation.

Larry A. Baker, 61, Coeur d'Alene: Five years determinate penitentiary time and five years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $1,340.50 in fines and three years probation for burglary.

Dashan A. Ross, 22, Post Falls: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and one year six months indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $880.50 in fines and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Raul R. Hayes, 27, Warden, Wash.: Three years determinate penitentiary time and seven years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $980.50 in fines and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver.
