Cornerstone Chorale and Brass debuts Oct. 12 in Cd'A

Bruce Vantine's Cornerstone Chorale and Brass, a widely acclaimed touring ensemble, will present a new production at 7 p.m. Oct. 12 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 815 N. Fifth St., Coeur d'Alene.

The program, entitled "Be Not Afraid: Finding Courage to Care," features a combination of traditional choral and instrumental music with narration, woven together with newly composed musical supporting themes.

Following a Cornerstone performance at Lincoln Center, New York music critic Ken Smith wrote that Cornerstone is "a top-notch ensemble with a high level of musicianship...the evening provided a message of great importance."
