Frank “David” Milner, 73, of Coeur d' Alene, Idaho passed away October 8th, 2013. Dave was born June 5th, 1940 in Quincy, Massachusetts to Frank & Lillian Cleary Milner. Dave lived for many years in various towns in Arizona and was quite an entrepreneur. While there he owned 2 towing, 2 restaurants, a jewelry store, a radiator shop, and a barber shop. In Coeur d' Alene, he owned Papa Bear's Towing for 2 years. Dave then moved back to Arizona for health reasons, and ran "Dave’s" Barber Shop in Scottsdale. In 2002, Dave moved back to Coeur d' Alene & opened Papa's Barber Shop in Hayden. Dave was a former member of the Elks Club, and an active member of Lake City Community Church. He loved woodworking, bowling, boating & riding his Gold Wing motorcycle. Dave is survived by his 5 children, Dawn Pitts (William) of Coeur d' Alene, Sean Milner, Virginia, Tracee Sherwood (Joseph) of Virginia, Kelly Milner (Paula) of Arizona, and Aloha Milner of Arizona. He was pre - deceased by his youngest son Casey Milner. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Bernie Milner of New Jersey, John Babcock of Nevada, Patrick Babcock of Nevada, and many nieces and nephews and pre - deceased by his brother, Paul Babcock. He will be Deeply Missed. MEMORIAL SERVICES for family & friends will be held October 25th, 2013 @ 11:00 AM at Lake City Community Church, 6000 North Ramsey Road, Coeur d ‘ Alene.
