New brokerage focuses on specialty properties
A new real estate brokerage, Idaho Lifestyle Properties, is now open at 421 E. Lakeside, the former location of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors.
Broker Rick Carr, in the area for more than 20 years, was previously with Century 21 Beutler and Associates for a decade, during which time he was ranked among that agency's top brokers for several years.
Carr currently serves on the Coeur d'Alene Lake Property Homeowners Association board and is former president of Jobs Plus in Coeur d'Alene.
Idaho Lifestyle Properties is affiliated with Associated Brokers, a group of independent, autonomous licensed real estate brokers licensed as such by the Idaho Real Estate Commission.
Idaho Lifestyle Properties specializes in "the residential marketplace that defines the lifestyle of our area that is so desirable and requires knowledge of property particulars," states a press release.
Properties include waterfront; vista views; homes on acreage; luxury condominiums; golf course properties and downtown properties.
Carr can be reached at 818-0188.
Numerica business development team shines
Members of Numerica Credit Union's team of business development managers, which serve eastern Washington and North Idaho, have been nationally recognized as "Credit Union Rock Stars" by Credit Union Magazine. Drawing from their separate areas of expertise, Manuel Hochheimer, Janet McNeilly and Jeanette Radmer teamed up to identify the Spokane Valley-based credit union's target demographics and introduced initiatives to broaden its market share within those segments.
The trio's Dealer Center Outbound Conversion Program dramatically improved engagement among indirect auto loan recipients. Its University Outreach Program deepened interactions between Numerica and more than a half-dozen colleges in its service area. To top that off, the emphasis on the growing medical, dental, educational and small-business communities in the region meshes with its goal of attracting more 25-to-49-year-olds.
In the past year, Numerica connected with approximately 70 percent of its indirect members, converting nearly 20 percent of them into primary financial institution members, which is a rate of about 10 times the industry average.
