Windermere's Whitt earns national designation

Mark Whitt, with Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty has been awarded the Accredited Buyer's Representation designation by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.

Whitt joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. He successfully completed a comprehensive course in buyer representation, and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying his professional experience.

Windermere announces Coffman hire

Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty announced the addition of sales associate, Melanie Coffman to its Post Falls office.

Before moving to Idaho five years ago, Melanie dedicated her life to family, community, and service to others. She holds a master's degree in education, and has an extensive background as an educator, with knowledge of people and their needs. "She brings to Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty her experience, skills, enthusiasm, hard work ethic, and sincere desire to help people reach their real estate goals," said a press release.
