Help sought to save beloved companion

A young man and his two daughters have a caring, loving and protective 7-year-old companion named Shiloh. Shiloh plays, goes camping, watches from the yard for the bus to come home with her girls. Shiloh was taken to Animal Medical Care, where she was diagnosed with a tumor; there isn’t any hope for survival without surgery. The family is devastated. Like a lot of us in Bonner County, he is struggling to pay his bills each month, and keep a roof over their head.

I contacted a group called Caring People for Animals, but they only help Boundary County residents, I talked with the staff at Animal Medical Care, about setting up an account for Shiloh. I was concerned what would happen to any donations over the surgery amount. The funds would be used to help other families in similar situations.

If you can, please send a donation in Shiloh’s name to Animal Medical Care, 1120 Superior, Sandpoint, ID, 83864 so she can continue to be the wonderful companion she is.
