First-grader Ryan Brigham gives a card he made to Chris Wigley of the Veterans of Foreign Wars at a flagpole dedication ceremony Wednesday morning  at Smith Valley School. Also in the photo is Terry Moore of the VFW. The first-graders made cards and were given time to seek out veterans at the assembly to present them to.
