Title firm bringing jobs, service to Coeur d'Alene

TitleOne is expanding into Kootenai County, a move expected to bring 10-12 new jobs to the region. They plan to open an office in Coeur d'Alene early next month.

The Boise-based title and escrow firm now has offices in Ada, Canyon, Boise, Butte, Jefferson and Bonneville counties.

"As we've carefully watched the real estate recovery around the state, we've been very impressed with what we've seen in Kootenai County, including reports of nearly 40 percent annual increases in home sales in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls alone," said Mark Tidd, TitleOne president, in a press release.

An employee-owned business, TitleOne was founded in the Treasure Valley in 2000.
