MISSOULA — Kendra Starkel had six aces and five kills, leading the Maidens’ effort in a 21-25, 25-11, 25-13, 15-25, 10-15 defeat.

Sydnee Clairmont added six kills, and Danielle Richwine collected 18 digs in the match.

Frenchtown 3, Polson 0

FRENCHTOWN — Frenchtown was dominant in the 25-17, 25-19, 25-23 straight-set victory. Chloie Huerta tallied 11 kills and Jaiden Toth collected 22 assists, 20 digs and four assists.

Noxon 3, Arlee 2

NOXON — The Red Devils edged the Scarlets 25-23, 17-25, 25-16, 20-25, 15-10 despite Violet Pablo’s seven aces and nine digs.

Alexis Shick added another seven blocks to her area-leading total, and Morgan Malatare had 15 digs for Arlee.

Hot Springs 3, Charlo 2

HOT SPRINGS — The Savage Heat got an early leg up on the district, beating rival Charlo 28-26, 22-25, 25-17, 23-25, 15-12 in a hotly contested match.

For Charlo, Aspen Runkel compiled eight kills, six aces, and 14 digs. Connor Smith and Sienna Brown each dug 17 kill attempts in the match.

Mission 3, Plains 1

ST. IGNATIUS — The Bulldogs put together a nice performance, powered by 14 digs and six assists from Kaylie Durglo. Jordyn Eichert added 10 assists in Mission’s 20-25, 27-25, 25-19, 25-19 victory.

Charlo 3, Two Eagle 0

PABLO — The Vikings swept the Eagles on Friday evening.

Eureka 3, Mission 1

ST. IGNATIUS — Lindsey Johnson had 15 digs and seven kills in the 28-26, 13-25, 25-18, 25-20 loss. Kaylie Durglo added six kills, four assists and nine digs, and Courtney Heath had 11 digs for Mission.

Ronan 3, T. Falls 1

THOMPSON FALLS — Kendra Starkel spiked 13 kills as the Maidens rolled. Alaina Madsen and Sydnee Clairmont each had nine kills, and Madsen had 16 digs in a 25-18, 25-21, 16-25, 25-23 victory.

Christine Robinson tallied 21 assists and 20 digs, and Danielle Richwine contributed 27 digs.

The Maidens also benefitted from the return of Makenzie Cates, whose height contributed in the form of two blocks.

Charlo 3, Noxon 0

CHARLO — The Vikings defeated Noxon 25-4, 25-18, 26-24.Connor Smith served up 11 aces in the victory. Michaela Krahn chipped in as well with 15 digs, six kills and a block.

St. Regis 3, Arlee 1

ST. REGIS — Arlee’s tough week continued, falling on the road to St. Regis.

Morgan Malatare led the Scarlets’ effort with 19 digs, eight kills and five blocks. Violet Pablo added nine kills and seven digs.
