Notice is hereby given that a Short Plat application received by Grant County on 3/6/14 from Ignacio Navarete (Contact: Jeff and Robin Curtis, PO Box 956, Mattawa, WA 99349), was found to be technically complete on 3/21/14. PROJECT: A four lot short plat of an existing 20 acre parcel. Each lot will be for residential purposes and be approximately five acres in size. The property is located in the Rural Residential 1 zone. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject parcel is located in the north Y2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of S. 3, T. 14 N, R. 23 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. The property is located on the east side of Rd. U SW approximately a 114 mile south of Rd. 24 SW (Parcel #15-0056-001). PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
