NOTICE OF HEARING
INTENT TO ESTABLISH A PORTION OF
ROAD 52 NORTH AS A COUNTY ROAD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a resolution has been passed by the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County indicating the intent that a portion of Road 52 North, described below, be established as a county road:
That portion of Road 52 North existing between Clark Road and Janet Road, northwest quarter of Section 2, Township 9 North, Range 29 East, W.M., and the northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 9 North, Range 29 East, W.M., within existing right-of-way.
Containing 670 linear feet, more or less.
A public hearing on said intent to establish will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 23rd day of April, 2014, at the hour of 9:00 a.m.
