ArtWalk season kicks off tonight

It's time for ArtWalk again in Coeur d'Alene.
Organized by the Coeur d'Alene Arts and Culture Alliance, ArtWalk takes place Friday, April 11, from 5-8 p.m. every second Friday of the month from April through December.
Stroll through downtown art galleries, visit restaurants, shops and businesses. Yellow balloons will mark participating galleries during the family-friendly events.
The Art Spirit Gallery, 415 Sherman Ave., regularly schedules exhibit openings in conjunction with ArtWalk nights.
Art Spirit will kick off the 2014 ArtWalk season with an opening reception for its latest exhibit, "New Work by 13 Artists." The public is welcome.
The 13 participating artists are: Harold Balazs, Victoria Brace, Morse Clary, Allen Dodge, Mary Dee Dodge, Timothy C. Ely, Elaine Green, Glenn Grishkoff, Marilynn Lysohir, Mel McCuddin and Kyle Paliotto.
The show runs from April 11 through May 3.
