NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Fire District #4 (Doug Smith, 601 Stricker Road, Othello, WA 99344) for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2014-02.

FRANKLIN COUNTY

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by Fire District #4 (Doug Smith, 601 Stricker Road, Othello, WA 99344) for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP 2014-02.

Said application is to construct a fire station-storage building. Building will be approximately 3,000 square feet in size and will be used for the storage of fire trucks and supplies associated with Fire District #4. The property is located in the Agricultural Production 20 (AP-20) Zoning District.

The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Parcel Number 120-210-066.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The property is west of Sagehill Road along the south side of Hendricks Road near site address 10051 Hendricks Road (Parcel Number 120-210-066).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission. Said consideration will be a public hearing on May 6, 2014 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 North 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application. Written comments are accepted prior to the public hearing and those comments shall be submitted to the Franklin County Planning Department, 1016 North 4th, Pasco, Washington 99301.
