BCSD mulls changes to drug policy

BONNERS FERRY —  After a string of drug busts at Bonners Ferry schools, parents  and administrators are looking to toughen up school policies concerning drugs, alcohol and tobacco.

Concern arose after individuals facing felony drug charges were allowed back in to school, and to practice with sports teams.

BONNERS FERRY — After the last round of candidates for Boundary County School District Superintendent fell through, two new candidates will go through the interview process this Friday, with an open community forum for each candidate beginning at 5:30 p.m.
