Notice is hereby given that a SEPA Checklist received by Grant County on April 2, 2014 from Getzinger Farms, LLC (Designated Contact: James Getzinger, 967 Road S Northeast, Moses Lake, WA 98837) were found to be technically complete on April 10, 2014. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: To place an irrigation water line 12 inches in diameter in the west 5 ft. of the County Road easement for undeveloped Road R NE. This pipe will run approximately 2,700 ft. in length parallel to the roadway easement. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Grant County Public Works Right-of-Way Work Approval. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located starting at the intersection of the NE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, and the NW quarter of the SW quarter of Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 30 East, and continues south until the intersection of the SE quarter of the SE quarter of Section 25, Township 19 North, Range 29 East, and the SW quarter of the SW quarter of Section 30, Township 19 North, Range 30 East WM, Grant County, WA. ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
