Incumbents ask for your votes in FVCC board election

We are both incumbent members of the Flathead Valley Community College Board of Trustees, and we are running for re-election to the board in the May 6 college election.
Tom Harding is the longest-serving member of the board, having served 24 years. John Phelps is completing his seventh year on the board. We were elected to represent the areas comprising the Bigfork, Columbia Falls and Whitefish high school districts.
We have enjoyed serving on the board and have established fine working relationships with President Jane Karas and the other five trustees. We are proud of FVCC and its accomplishments. It is truly a remarkable institution. We hope to enable the college to continue in the same positive direction.
We ask that voters who are pleased with FVCC ’s direction and accomplishments vote for us on the mail ballot that they received. Mail ballots must be returned to the college by May 6.
Tom Harding and John Phelps are residents of Whitefish
