NOTICE OF HEARING

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING EXISTING CHAPTERS

10.12 AND 10.14 OF THE FRANKLIN COUNTY CODE

AND CREATING A COMPREHENSIVE PARKING

ORDINANCE FOR FRANKLIN COUNTY, WASHINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an ordinance is being considered for adoption by the Board of Franklin County Commissioners that will repeal existing Chapters 10.12 and 10.14 of the Franklin County Code and establish a comprehensive parking ordinance for Franklin County, Washington. A copy of the proposed ordinance is available at the Franklin County Commissioners’ Office at the Courthouse or on the County’s website (please see below).

A public hearing on said ordinance will be held during a regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of County Commissioners at the Courthouse in Pasco, Washington, on the 7th day of May, 2014, at the hour of 9:15 a.m.
