HAYDEN - The annual Hayden Kite Festival will be held Saturday, April 26, at Broadmoore Park.
The event, which takes place from noon to 2:30 p.m., is billed by organizers as a "great event for the whole family." Registration for the festival will begin at noon.
Awards will be given out for the best participants in categories including, but not limited to, best in show, high flyer and best homemade kite. The festival is free and open to all ages.
