SANDPOINT — More than a dozen local nonprofits are joining forces Thursday, May 1 for Idaho Gives, a day-long campaign to galvanize statewide generosity and goodwill.

The campaign’s second year is poised to outclass its 2013 debut, with no fewer than 17 Bonner County organizations throwing in to secure supporters and raise funds. For local residents, there’s no better time of the year to throw your favorite local organization a little support.
