SANDPOINT — With the opening of The Hive this week, owner Jeff Grady aims to turn Sandpoint into a must-hit stop for band tours of the Pacific Northwest.
Work crews are putting in around-the-clock hours to ready The Hive for its public debut during the Festival At Sandpoint. Music lovers have a chance to see the elaborately redesigned venue, located at 207 First Ave., for themselves during the Aftival series of shows Aug. 8, 9, 15 and 16, which take place 9 p.m. after the Festival at Sandpoint concerts wrap.
“The guys that have worked this job have done amazing work,” Grady said. “They’ve gone above and beyond to make this happen.”
