• A person on E. Ninth Street called in about a man who accidentally drove his RV into a building.

• On Houghton Creek Road, a man called in about someone breaking into his residence and stealing a valuable watch.

• A person on E. Fifth Street called in about being attacked by a bat at the person’s son’s residence.

• A group of children were called in at the Libby Elementary School for being on the roof of the gym.

• A person on W. 10th Street called in about his brindle boxer that got out of the yard. The animal had no collar.

• A person called in from Holly Drive to report someone who broke through the metal door of the residence and stole tools.

• A call came in from Peaceful Lane about two juveniles who said they were hiking with an Amish group and became separated. They said they were not familiar with the area and were staying at Eagle Camp.

• A person on Timber Lane called in about an intoxicated male in tan Chevy pickup truck who was yelling at the caller’s mother.

• Officers responded to an agency assist with a BNSF derailing south of Billings.

July 11

• A person called in about a suspicious driver in the parking lot of Fireman’s Park.

• A woman called in from Bear Creek Road to advise of a large fire near her cabin.

• A call came in to request more suspicious activity in Fireman’s Park.

• A person called in about losing a black wallet somewhere on Highway 2 near Mineral Avenue.

• On Pipe Creek Road, a deer jumped out in front of a caller who requested that the injured deer then be put down.

• A woman called in about a loose bat in her house on Granite Avenue.

• A woman called in about how her son with a history of mental illness was out of control.

• A person called about a reckless driver on Highway 2. The car was a red Dodge pickup.

• On Little Creek Road, an officer was sent out to manage a family disturbance.

• A man called in about a woman driving on Woodway Park with at least eight retrievers. The man said he could have hit the dogs and considered them a public danger.

• A person called in about two individuals “partying” on Dump Road.

• A person called in about a small forest fire near Granite Creek Road. An officer stayed the night to make sure the scene was secure.

• A person driving down Swede Mountain Road encountered a mid-sized short-haired brown dog with blue eyes that had a tan collar but no information on the collar.

• On Savage Lake, a new pontoon boat left at the lake was not found when an officer searched for it later.

July 12

• On Remington Road, a caller found a dead deer in his yard with its head cut off.

•  A man on White Avenue called in when he found his father deceased on the site.

• A call came in from Highway 37 about a blue Ford Ranger that was driving very erratically.

• A person called in from Lincoln Boulevard and Louisiana Avenue about a dog in a car that was panting heavily.

• A woman on Evergreen Street called in to report her brown and white cow was missing. The cow was soon returned.

• A person called in about a friend who witnessed a mother injecting meth and then breast-feeding her baby.

• On Evergreen Street, a person called in about his or her daughter being beaten up by a boyfriend.

• A warrant arrest was made for Ashley Marie Leggett with s $500 bond.
