Labrador prepares for another run

SANDPOINT —Rep. Raúl Labrador has tackled his share of challenges over the last year.

In Washington, D.C., Congress remains divided along partisan lines on key issues like immigration reform. Back at home, the Idaho Republican Party continues to be divided by sharp ideological disagreements. Labrador visited North Idaho last week to discuss those big issues with his constituents as he seeks re-election this year.

Sandpoint OKs downtown street changes

SANDPOINT — The City Council approved a plan Wednesday to convert Fifth Avenue to two-way operation between Cedar and Pine streets.
