Fire damages Kootenai home

KOOTENAI — No injuries were reported following a structure fire which destroyed a lean-to and damaged a home on North Kootenai Road on Wednesday afternoon.
Northside Fire District Lt. Danny Knott said the fire started in the lean-to and spread to the side of the house and into an attic space shared by the home and an attached garage.
