Push-ups in the park? No problem

Kalispell Police received a report of a suspicious man in the park Thursday. The caller said it looked like he was doing push-ups and apparently he had been there for a couple of hours. Officers spoke to the man, who said he just wanted to do some push-ups.
A man was banned from a local coffee shop Thursday after police were called because he was harassing the female employees and leaving them love notes. According to an officer, it was not the first time the man has been told to leave the girls alone.
A woman was kicked out of an Eighth Avenue West location Thursday evening because she was “strung out.”
Police received a call from Eighth Avenue West saying that someone named “Banjo Bob” had a large baggie half full of something and was breaking it up into smaller bags.
A woman called from Kenway Drive because she thought someone was in her house Thursday night. She said the door to the living room closet moved on its own. No one was there.
The owner of a bar on Woodland Park Drive called police because his neighbor has been pushing all of the snow into the bar’s parking lot.
A woman called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office while house-sitting for a friend in Whitefish. She said that the property is posted with a “No Trespassing” sign but someone was cross-country skiing on it.
A Somers man reported that his vehicle had been rummaged through sometime Wednesday night.
A shoplifter was caught at U.S. 2 East in Kalispell on Thursday morning.
Another vehicle was rummaged through, this time in Lakeside. It was left unlocked.
A Kalispell man reported hearing about 15 to 20 shots fired around 11 p.m. Wednesday.
A man reported that his ex-girlfriend has been harassing him and his current girlfriend.
Columbia Falls Police received a call about an intoxicated woman causing trouble on 12th Avenue West around 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
A man called Whitefish Police on Thursday saying he had lost a money bag in a store parking lot the night before. No one had turned it in yet.
