Paranoid woman hops into cop car

An officer with the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office had a woman try to jump in the front seat of his patrol car while he was parked outside of a Kalispell bar on Montana 35 around 8:30 Friday morning. He believed the woman to be under the influence of drugs, as she was very paranoid and asked him to take her to the hospital.
A Lakeside man reported that someone broke into his garage sometime Thursday night and stole his credit cards out of his vehicle.
A medium-sized black Angus cow was spotted in the middle of the road on East Edgewood Drive near Columbia Falls on Thursday morning. According to dispatch, the cow was “moooooving” onto Trumble Canyon Road.
A Kalispell man reported that he did some work on a vehicle for another man who has never paid him for it.
A Bigfork woman reported that her son stole her snowmobiles Thursday.
A Kalispell woman reported being the victim of identity theft.
A hotel clerk calling from Montclair Drive in Kalispell reported that a guest had checked out and left what appeared to be some drug residue with a straw behind.
A man was driving down Reserve Drive just after 5 p.m. Thursday when a kid ran out in front of him and was struck by the vehicle. The boy appeared to be about 14 or 15 years old and didn’t appear to be injured as he got up and kept on running.
A man was plowing snow on Helena Flats Road in Kalispell after 11 p.m. Thursday when a nearby resident came out of his house and yelled at him and threatened him with a gun. The man was apparently mad because his kids were sleeping and he didn’t want the plow to wake them up.
A man was seen entering the woods off of Kuhns Road in Whitefish on a snowmobile with a sled and a rifle around 12:30 a.m. Friday. The caller was concerned because there’s been poaching in that area recently and the man didn’t have the headlight on the snowmobile on.
A man was seen driving a four-wheeler around Hungry Horse with no headlight during the early morning hours Friday.
A woman called Whitefish Police on Friday saying that her house had been ransacked and she believe it was her son that had trashed the place.
A man pulled up to a Baker Avenue location Friday, got out of his pickup and began “pounding on” another man. The victim then called police saying he was just outside smoking a cigarette and the man came over, punched him in the face several times and then ran back to his apartment.
Tractor tires were slashed at an East Second Street location.
Someone called Columbia Falls Police on Friday when they spotted a group of younger boys walking down the street. One of the boys was noticeably younger than the group and it looked like he was being bullied by the older ones. They kept pushing him around and hitting him, according to the caller.
A woman was seen scooting down Sixth Street West in a sitting position with a six-pack of beer on Friday. It turned out she possibly had a broken ankle.
A woman called police from Sixth Avenue West saying three men had been outside checking out her four-wheeler and that one of them had urinated near her car.
