SPOKANE VALLEY - The Post Falls Trojans are in fourth place with 50 points after Friday's first day of wrestling at the 18-team Inland Empire Classic at Central Valley High.

Matt McLeod (106 pounds), Casey Benton (120), Drake Foster (126), David Booth (126), T.J. Wolf (132), Lucas Bolster (138), Alius De La Rosa (138), Steven Zettel (145), Queong Smith (145), Thomas Cook (170), Seth McLeod (182), Eli Bennett (220) and Justin Farnsworth (285) all advanced to the quarterfinals for the Trojans.

Lakeland is ninth with 39 points with Larry Johnson (113), Bryan Edelblute (120), Justin Wright (132), Austin Garitone (145), Chris Washburn (182), Killian Estes (195), Connor Shepherd (220) and Brandon Kurtz (285) advancing in the championship bracket.

Moses Lake leads with 62 points.

Finals are scheduled for today at 4 p.m.
