Their next event, Swing in the New Year (Gatsby-style), is scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 31, at the Sassafras Ballroom in downtown Kalispell. The dance will begin at 7 p.m. with a lesson for beginners and will go until 1 a.m. The dance is open for free to First Night Flathead button wearers and is $10 for non-badge holders.
