2014 campaign running behind
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 10 years, 1 month AGO
Here comes Santa Claus, but how full will his sleigh be?
You can help decide.
Press Christmas for All is in the final hours of its 2014 fundraising campaign. Unless a lot of generous donations roll in over the next 36 hours, the goal of $175,000 will not be met.
This year's program is helping 8,673 Kootenai County residents who filled out applications explaining their need. Please, there's still time to ensure every single one of them enjoys a merry little Christmas.
Press offices will be open until noon on Wednesday. If you'd like to hand-deliver your donation, please do so today between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or tomorrow between 8 a.m. and noon.
Credit card donations can also be made. Call (208) 664-8176, or go to cdapress.com and click on the Christmas for All link just below the Advanced Search box on the home page.
Join Anonymous in Athol, whose $20,000 gift last week was the largest in the program's 29-year-history. Join another anonymous donor who donated $1,000 last Friday in honor of his family's beloved dog, Cooper. Join the many hundreds of other residents who have chipped in whatever they could afford.
'Tis the season to help others. Please do what you can.
