• Promotions, new hire announced at Inland Northwest Bank

Inland Northwest Bank announced the promotions of Kelly Hagen and Holly Finney, and the hiring of Spencer Brower.

Hagen has been promoted to branch manager of the Spirit Lake branch. She has been with the bank for eight years, and was previously a branch operations officer.

Finney is now branch manager of the Post Falls branch. She was previously the branch operations officer at the bank's Coeur d'Alene branch.

The bank announced that Spencer Brower has joined their Idaho team as the branch manager of the Hayden and Coeur d'Alene branches. Brower previously worked at Wells Fargo.

• Schell joins Comfort Keepers of North Idaho

Kat Vercruyssen, owner of Comfort Keepers of North Idaho, announced the appointment of Gwen Schell, RN, as its director of private duty nursing services.

Comfort Keepers provides in-home services on an hourly, daily or weekly basis with tailored plans customized to an individual's care needs.

Schell will be providing all the health assessments, care coordination and oversight for Comfort Keepers' clients who need more complete in-home care including oral medication set up, insulin syringe filling, ostomy and catheter hygiene, wound care and injectable medication administration.

"We are very pleased to have Gwen join the Comfort Keepers team," said Vercruyssen. "We realize the enormous stress and mixture of emotions that families face when it comes to caring for a loved one and are confident that having a RN on staff will provide families with another level of care that allows them to remain independent and at ease in their home."

• Montgomery promoted to executive VP, CFO at Community 1st Bank

Nicole Montgomery has been promoted to executive vice president and CFO for Community 1st Bank in Post Falls. Montgomery was previously senior vice president and CFO and has been with the bank since 2011.

She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a bachelor's degree in professional accounting and finance and is a recent graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School program through the University of Washington. Montgomery also holds a certified public accounting designation and was previously a senior manager with Moss Adams, LLP in Spokane.
