Skiers and snowboarders load onto the Shuttle Network of Whitefish Bus on Wednesday morning, December 24, in downtown Whitefish. The SNOW Bus is created and run by the Big Mountain Commercial Association. It currently runs from the first week of December to the second week of April. The bus network got it start in 1998. Originally the bus was known as the WART Bus, the Whitefish Area Rural Transit Bus, however, the name was not very popular. (Brenda Ahearn/Daily Inter Lake)
