New Tito's GM: Alicia Watkins
Alicia Main Watkins has been hired as the new general manager at Tito's Italian Grill and Wine Shop in The Resort Plaza Shops.
Watkins grew up in the restaurant business in Coeur d'Alene, where her family owned a group of IHOP restaurants. Her first job involved dishwashing and food prep.
She attended North Idaho College and Spokane Community College, where she studied culinary arts. Watkins worked for the Hagadone Hospitality Co. at age 15 in the kitchen at Dockside. She intended to become a chef, but found she liked the managerial side of the industry even better.
"I am excited to return to Hagadone Hospitality," she said. "There is a great team at Tito's and our new chef, Tim Heinig, is amazing."
Newly married, she enjoys playing with her two dogs and hiking.
Tito's Italian Grill and Wine Shop is open for lunch, dinner, drinks and wine shopping seven days a week, located at 210 E. Sherman Ave. in Coeur d'Alene. Call (866) 924-6949.
