COEUR d'ALENE - A 10-acre lot fronting Seltice Way within the Riverstone development has been purchased for the construction of apartments.

Casey Brazil, a commercial broker for Kiemle and Hagood Co., said Whitewater Creek Inc., of Hayden, was the buyer of the property that borders Riverstone Drive and Seltice Way. The sale closed Dec. 12, he said.

Whitewater Creek has built other apartment complexes at Riverstone.

Brazil was not able to share the sale price.

Brazil and Chris Schreiber represented the seller, SRMFRC LLC, an investment group which includes Riverstone developer John Stone.

The property has C-17 zoning, which allows for apartments, offices, retail businesses, hotels or some light industrial.

"There are only two small (Riverstone) lots left, which are under negotiation right now," Brazil said. Each of the two are three-quarters of an acre in size.

"There's not much left now," he said.

Todd Prescott, president of Whitewater Creek, couldn't immediately be reached for comment. Chris Bell, a managing broker at NAI Black who represented Whitewater Creek in the transaction, also couldn't be reached immediately.
