50th Anniversary

They were married in Reno, Nev., in 1964 and moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1977. Mike worked for North Idaho College for 29 years and Connie worked for Dr. Karolyne Rogers for 17 years.

They will be spending a few days in Washington for their anniversary and will go on a cruise in 2015.

Births

Anna Gillespie Carr was born Sept. 23, 2014, at Kootenai Health in Coeur d'Alene to Erica (Evans) and Alex Carr of Post Falls. She weighed 8 pounds 11 ounces. Siblings are Mukiya, 12, Kilynn, 11, Mia, 7, and Lucy, 5. Grandparents are Bob and Candy Evans of Coeur d'Alene, and Doneen Westwood of Medford, Ore.
